At JeeMart, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

  • The item is incomplete or missing parts.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or incorrect:

  • Personal care products

  • Used items

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective)

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • Original packaging, accessories, and manuals (if any) should be included.

  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.

Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost, subject to product availability.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be handled according to this Return & Refund Policy.
